URL Redirect technology tracks click-throughs to a website from URL links embedded in outbound email. Integration Mechanism
Integration is easy and is the forte of MailSolution™. The ‘plug-and-play’ server is based on TCP/IP and can readily integrate with a broad range of operational systems and database environments. List Management
The web-based client interface provides administrator tools to create and manage client lists of email addresses and other demographic info, with features to auto subscribe, unsubscribe and manage bad email addresses.
Mailinglists enables downloading of a file from remote source for creating single or multiple lists from the downloaded file. Also multiple file formats are supported. A file can be downloaded from any source. The source can be a file or it can be records from a remote database. A list created out of it or can be appended to a new list and a new list created.

The process traditionally involves hosting a referral microsite to which referred registrants are driven via a link in an email. Results can be boosted (by up to 30%, in our experience) through combining a microsite with a form in an email for direct referrals without leaving the inbox.
Referees are invited to insert the name and email address of their friends directly into the form in the email or onto a hosted microsite. They may also give a personalised message, which will then appear along with a name greeting, in the body of the dynamically generated email, which is then sent to those referred contacts.

As more contacts are referred your data list grows virally and remains client property for use in future campaigns. The forwarded email comes from the referee rather than from your company directly. The opt-in element remains, as the referral record is only ‘activated' if they take positive action (if they ignore or delete the message, no further emails will be sent).

Forms in email
Using webforms embedded into the email is an effective way to boost form completions. For a viral campaign the form is typically short and simple; however for recipient feedback a lengthier series of questions incorporating radio buttons, drop-down menus or free-text boxes may be used. This however can prove troublesome because of certain "post method" restrictions at the ISP's so Inbox Warriors Mailsolution platform automatically exports the form to a hosted microsite at the click of a button, giving you the best of both worlds.
Questionnaires
Inbox Warriors has great expertise in the field of data acquisition and has hosted thousands of web questionnaires for satisfied clients. Questionnaires can be as comprehensive as possible; Inbox Warriors will host and gather data and return the data files on demand throughout the campaign's duration.
It has been Inbox Warriors' experience that questionnaires containing over ten questions can be off-putting for recipients and can have a negative impact on the percentage of completions. However, it may be that it is critical to ask more questions in a single questionnaire. In this case, the following is advised:
- Each page of the questionnaire includes some kind of marker or ticker tape showing the stage of completion reached (e.g. ‘nearly there' or ‘only ten more questions' etc.)
- An incentive such as entry into a prize draw to encourage completion
- Explanation of why you are asking such questions (to improve customer service etc.)
- Minimal use of ‘free text' answers - use radio buttons or drop-down boxes instead to maintain a free flowing, speedy response process
